The new Student Services Center anchors the heart of the university center neighborhood and defines and connect three different campus open spaces. It also enhances pedestrian circulation through a series of covered arcades and open porticos. The building occupies an L-shaped footprint of approximately 27,000 square feet. Five stories in height, it is constructed of poured-in-place concrete and steel frame construction. The façade of the building is comprised of a curtain wall system with sun screens, allowing the building users flexibility in relation to views and sun protection.
